Shipping Information

Food orders will ship within 24 hours of when order is placed, except on Thursdays/Fridays. To guarantee delivery we must have a proper and complete address (i.e. apartment number, suite number, floor number, company name, etc.) as well as a working phone number for the recipient. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., F.P.O., or outside of the United States. All food items are shipped fully cooked & frozen, vacuum sealed and packed with dry ice and frozen gel packs. All food items are PERISHABLE. Please refrigerate or freeze upon arrival. All Pork, Rib, Brisket, and Wing orders are shipped via UPS Next Day. We have a release with UPS so all packages are left whether someone is home or not. Please alert the recipient that a perishable package is being shipped to them. Mac’s Speed Shop is not responsible for spoiled packages when a customer is not notified. Please confirm that the recipient will be in town before you place an order. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that all orders are received in the best condition. TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE ARE NOT REPONSIBLE FOR CHANGING ADDRESSES OR CONTACTING RECIPIENTS. In the event of an incorrect address, The Mac’s Speed Shop staff and/or UPS will try to contact you if the mistake is caught within a reasonable amount of time. If you cannot be contacted and the correct address cannot be obtained, per USDA regulations, the box will usually be destroyed. If Mac’s Speed Shop is responsible for the address mistake, we will gladly re-ship your box free of charge. If the customer is responsible for providing the incorrect address, the customer will be charged if a new box is to be re-shipped. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska are subject to a $25.00 Surcharge.
